Due to the nature of Edgemate's online distribution channel, Edgemate does not accept returns. In the event that your product is damaged or defective, please contact Edgemate as soon as possible. Please do not schedule the use of the Edgemate product until it is received and a full inspection of the material is completed. Installing any damaged or defective Edgemate product may void any warranty and/or damage claim. Please see our warranty page for further information.

Product Damage from shipping:

If there is visible damage to the packaging or there are missing items upon arrival, ask the driver to write a note on the waybill stating the damage and/or missing product before you sign the waybill. After signing the waybill, please contact Edgemate on the first available business day. No returns or refunds of any kind will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Our products are carefully packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Damage to products will virtually always be visible on the exterior of the package. If products are damaged inside of the packaging, please halt installation and contact Edgemate on the first available business day. Edgemate may request digital photos of the damage to determine the extent and severity of the problem.

Hidden damage must be reported to Edgemate within 24 hours after receiving the product. A copy of the waybill is required. Edgemate may ask for photos of the damaged product or may send an inspector to examine the damaged product. If products have been damaged in shipping, or are missing, Edgemate will replace the damaged products or refund the price of the damaged products. The decision to replace or refund will be made in consultation with you, the customer, as to which solution is acceptable for both parties.

The Product is not what you ordered:

If you believe you have received a product that is not what you ordered, please contact Edgemate on the first available business day. Due to the nature of real wood products, returns or refunds will not be accepted based on color, grain, appearance or natural aspects that exist in a natural wood. Edgemate may request digital photos of the product received to confirm details, size, specie, etc. If the products you have received are not what you ordered, Edgemate will replace or refund after consulting with you, the customer, as to which solution is acceptable for both parties.
