Edgemate's Thick veneer edgebanding is constructed using the finest real wood veneers laminated together in layers using an exclusive state of the art Polyurethane (PUR) adhesive. The veneers are color matched and laminated to provide a consistent continuous thick coil. The PUR adhesive between each layer forms a bond with the wood veneer that creates increased flexibility, increased productivity, and reduced coil memory. The PUR adhesive is formaldehyde free and it also provides a water and finish resistant glue line, which is not avail-able in standard PVA laminated products imported from Europe and Asia.
